Our goal is to ensure you and every guest have a relaxing, memorable, and convenient experience while at Complexion Med Spa & Aesthetics. We invite you to review our scheduling and purchase policies below in advance of your appointment.
Appointment bookings and cancellations
- To schedule your treatments, please contact Complexion MedSpa & Aesthetics directly at 252-773-0841, via Facebook Direct Messenger, or [email protected]
- We request you to arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the spa directly at least 24 hours in advance or reschedule to avoid being charged a 50% penalty.
- No-shows will be charged the full value of scheduled service.
- Special occasion parties and groups of four or more bookings are confirmed with a monetary deposit, and must be canceled 48 hours in advance to avoid a full charge.
Purchases, payments, and discounts
- You may choose to leave a gratuity after any services.
- Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. Please contact if you have any questions.
- If you have a gift certificate, you can redeem it for services or products. You must present it at the time of your appointment. We don’t make replacements in case of loss or theft.
Your stay in the spa
- For your safety and comfort, we suggest leaving your jewelry and valuables at home, and wearing comfortable clothes for your appointment.
- To maintain the calm and relaxing atmosphere of Complexion, we request you remain quiet while within the spa.
